What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and balance

Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Home health experience is a plus—but not required
