About the Position:

Estra Finance is looking for a Credit Officer/Underwriter with local experience banking experience to join our team on a casual basis. We are hoping to coordinate with this person to establish the required processes for a client to have a smooth experience during their loan journey.

• 100% remote — no travel required
• Flexible hours — work on your own schedule
• Only one 2-hour weekly meeting with management (between 12pm–8pm)
• Competitive hourly pay on a casual basis
• Ideal for experienced Philippine home loan underwriters who want flexibility without the full-time commitment

Applicants should have experience processing home loans for Filipino banks. Those without local experience will not be considered.

You should also demonstrate thorough knowledge of the following:

• Analysing credit for loan purposes
• Debt to burden income ratios
• Closing costs & downpayment rules
• How to assess applicants income
• Filipino bank home loan processes
