- We don’t need any experience, we offer training!
- Shifts system: Monday -Sunday (7:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (2 rotational days off)

✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- Support of all customers’ requests in French by phone, chat and social media
- Support viewers with account and application issues, especially regarding software functionality and configurations
- Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a vital brand ambassador
- Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- Base salary: 1085€ gross x 12 months (or 930€ gross x 14 months) - you can choose your payment schedule!
- up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
- Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card

✅ What do we expect?
- You speak French (at least C2 level)
- You speak communicative English – min. B2 level
- You live in Portugal (close area of Lisbon)
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
✅ EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
