About the Role As a Home Performance Sales Representative , you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to identify comfort, energy loss, and efficiency issues—and present real solutions that save money and improve their home. This is true in-home sales . You’ll inspect attics, ductwork, and ventilation systems to gather real, visual proof of problems. These inspections are a core part of the sales process , giving you credibility, trust, and powerful close tools. You won’t be guessing. You’ll be showing homeowners exactly what’s wrong—and how we fix it. You’ll also receive hands-on coaching and ongoing support from experienced top performers to help you sharpen your close rate and maximize income. ⚠️ This role is physically active. You must be comfortable climbing ladders, entering attics, and walking roofs or crawl areas when needed. Safety training is provided.
