You'll identify, attract, and build relationships with high-potential partners, ensuring that the experiences available on our platform are high-quality, in demand, and built for long-term success. This role goes beyond growing the number of hosts. You'll own the acquisition funnel, make data-informed decisions and help build a scalable supply strategy that drives sustainable business growth. What you'll do Prospect and acquire high-potential hosts in strategic markets. Evaluate opportunities based on infrastructure, experience quality, capacity, location, and growth potential. Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from prospecting through host approval. Improve conversion across outbound, inbound, and referral acquisition channels. Develop and nurture partnerships that generate new acquisition opportunities. Analyze market trends, identify supply gaps, and contribute to expansion strategies. Ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Management and Onboarding teams. Monitor acquisition performance and continuously optimize the funnel through data-driven insights. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a strong ownership mindset and excellent relationship-building skills. You enjoy solving problems, making decisions based on data, and creating meaningful business impact. You'll likely be a great fit if you have: Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer acquisition. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex acquisition pipelines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills. Professional proficiency in English to work in a global environment. Nice to have Experience in marketplaces, travel tech, tourism, or the sharing economy. Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
