You'll work hands-on with performance data, turning what you learn from paid and CRM campaigns into sharper content and creative decisions. This is a hybrid role by design: growth execution with real creative ownership on the brand side too. What makes you the ideal candidate 3+ years of experience in growth and social media Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) Exposure to a CRM/lifecycle tool (CleverTap or similar) Data-driven: you look at performance, not just vibes, and let it shape what you create next Deep, current fluency in Brazilian social media — trends, creators, viral formats, what makes an ad actually land A sharp creative eye paired with a proactive, end-to-end ownership mindset Native/fluent Portuguese; comfortable working in English How you'll make a difference Support paid campaign execution and optimization for Brazil Support CRM/lifecycle campaigns (push, in-app, WhatsApp) Drive BR social content — spot trends, then create and execute across paid and organic Turn creative performance data into sharper content decisions Occasionally support in-market events and user research Working model This is a hybrid role based in our Sao Paolo office - you’ll combine working from our office and working from home Equal opportunity Luzia is an equal opportunity employer.
