Housing Associate - Work From Home

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housing Associate to join our team!

• In this role, you will play a key part in managing and addressing tenant concerns related to the rental units.
• You will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that the properties are well-maintained.
• Your role involves liaising with tenants to resolve any issues promptly, working closely with the maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of living for all tenants.
• Additionally, you'll document and track concerns, provide updates to tenants, and contribute to overall tenant satisfaction in our properties.

• We offer a salary range of $800 to $1200 per month for this role, with the final compensation determined based on your skills and the outcome of your interview.
• The role requires availability to work according to Los Angeles, California local time (PST timezone), which corresponds to night shift hours in the Philippines.
• This is a full-time position with ZUMA, and taking on side gigs is not permitted.
• Obtaining an NBI clearance is a necessary step for employment.
