We are looking to recruit to Housing Officer vacancies.
You will be working as part of a large team of Housing Officers, delivering a high-quality Estate Management service across a designated patch within the Bristol area.
Your role will involve managing Bristol City Council tenancies throughout their lifecycle, from the commencement of a tenancy through to its termination, as well as management of sites within your allocated patch.
You will be required to effectively manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and confidently handle challenging situations.
The role requires a flexible approach to working, with time spent on your patch, in the office, and working from home, depending on service requirements.
Please note that this role is subject to a Basic DBS Check.
