HPC - MULTIPLE POSITIONS (260K base/50-100K Bonus)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $260,000
• Annual Bonus Potential: $50,000–$100,000

OPEN POSITIONS:

• Software Engineer-HYBRID - Client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer who is equally at home writing clean Python and reasoning about BGP – someone who has designed and built the tools and services that enable automated, scalable, and self-service networking across global infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in networking and software engineering to automate the provisioning and management of complex data center network environments. You will collaborate closely with network engineers, platform engineers, and security teams to ensure that our networking stack is reliable, secure, and efficient. This is a hands-on engineering role.
• HPC Orchestration Architect - HYBRID in Dallas - You will own the architecture of highly scalable, highly available, and globally distributed systems that support large-scale research workloads, with a focus on compute, virtualization, and Kubernetes-based orchestration. You will assess existing and emerging technologies against real business and product needs, and drive continuous improvement in developer velocity across the platform. You will work closely with Storage, Networking, and Compute architects, along with engineering teams, to ensure every orchestration decision fits into a coherent, future-proof HPC platform. You will also establish a data-driven approach to continuously evaluating and improving operational needs and constraints.
• HPC Performance & Validation Engineer-HYBRID in Dallas-You will build automated systems to verify that large GPU clusters are ready to run AI and research workloads. They will benchmark compute, storage, and networking performance, then investigate bottlenecks and tune the infrastructure to improve speed and efficiency. They will also set up monitoring so teams can track cluster health and catch performance issues as the platform grows. Working with engineering and research teams, they will turn test results into recommendations for architecture and future technology decisions.
• Solutions Architect - REMOTE - You will be a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale compute-intensive workloads — from large-scale AI/ML training and inference to advanced scientific simulations and data-driven research. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, sales, and product — acting as the voice of the customer internally and the face of NMC²’s technical capability externally. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving hard problems and building lasting partnerships
