ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team and play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience across Europe.
As part of our Global Business Services Center, you will support HR operations primarily for Italy, while also supporting other countries, such as the UK and France. This is an exciting opportunity to join a transforming international environment where you will contribute not only to day-to-day HR operations, but also to process improvements, service excellence and HR transformation initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR administration support primarily for Italy, while also supporting other European countries as required, such as the UK and France.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee master data in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and prepare HR documentation, including contracts, confirmations, reference letters and other employee-related documents.
- Support employees with documentation and administrative requirements related to international travel.
- Manage employee attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up on discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll-related changes.
- Collaborate with employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality HR services in line with agreed service levels.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and ensure compliance with global processes and local requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency and service quality. Contribute to HR projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly organized HR professional who enjoys managing processes with accuracy while delivering excellent service to employees and stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, adapting to changing priorities and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
You will ideally bring:
- At least two years of experience in a similar HR Administration role supporting Italy.
- Good knowledge of Italian employment administration processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- An analytical, proactive and adaptable mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
- An interest in working in a project-driven environment and contributing to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
LANGUAGES
- Fluency in English and Italian is required.
- Any additional European language is considered an advantage.
