HR Administrative

We're looking for an HR Administrator to join our People team in Portugal. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle, preparing contracts and HR documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations. You'll work closely with managers, employees, and external partners to deliver an efficient and high-quality HR service. What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package. Fixed-term contract: 6 months + 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period. Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM . Hybrid working model: work remotely one week per month . Office location: Carnaxide, Portugal . Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases. Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist with payroll processing. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Portuguese (mandatory). Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
