As the HR Advisor, you will report to the NA HR Director and support the execution of U.S. and Canada HR strategies across the organization.
You will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and employee development while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive a people-first approach, ensure compliance, and support a positive, high-performing workplace culture in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR operations for three Western Global facilities in the United States.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including employee onboarding and leavers processes.
• Acts as advisor to the US Management team to create a strong culture, with consistent and compliant administration of HR processes, and fosters an environment of collaboration and support.
• Support with the implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and provide reports as required.
• Assist with the implementation of training programs to support employee development and growth.
• Own employee relations issues, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
• Own all HR administration across US facilities, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to employment.
• Collaborate closely with UK counterpart and Global Head of HR on global initiatives.

What will give you the edge:
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources with progressive responsibility required.
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build relationships, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
