HR Advisory and Operational Support

Our client is a leading global aerospace company that designs, manufactures and supports commercial aircraft, defence technologies and space systems. Operating internationally, it brings together engineering, technology and business teams to deliver complex products and services, with a strong focus on safety, quality and innovation.
In this role, you will support Ukraine-related HR operations and collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders to address employee and business needs.

• Provide HR advisory support on Ukraine-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation required for local compliance and internal processes.
• Coordinate with business, HR and other functional stakeholders to complete assigned activities.
• Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle and case management processes.
• Provide regular updates on the status of activities, progress, issues and completed deliverables.

• At least 3 years of experience providing HR services to employees in Ukraine.
• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian labour law, local employment requirements and HR compliance.
• Experience working with Ukrainian government portals and personnel documentation.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across different time zones.

• Location: Rzeszów, Poland
• Compensation: EUR 2,000–2,500 per month net on a B2B contract through KUBO.
• Work model: Hybrid.
• Ongoing support from a dedicated KUBO contact throughout the assignment.

• Initial call with a recruiter — up to 30 minutes.
• Interviews with the client.
• Final decision and feedback.
