We're looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our HR team and support recruitment activities across multiple countries, including Slovakia, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Morocco, Poland, Turkey , and more. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in recruitment coordination, HR systems, and data analysis while studying. Your Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple countries and time zones Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) – updating candidate records, managing statuses, and maintaining data accuracy Assist with collecting, organising, and reviewing recruitment statistics and data for the HR department Help prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HR team Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding interview logistics Support global mobility processes and general HR administrative tasks as needed Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's level) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel) Good communication skills in English ; additional languages are a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different time zones Interest in HR, recruitment, or international business Previous experience with an ATS is a plus, but not required – we'll train you!
