We’re hiring an HR Associate to provide employee support, HR administration, and recruitment assistance. This hybrid role offers exposure across multiple HR functions. This role will be working 3 days a week from our Goregaon, Mumbai office. Roles and responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide support on HR policies, processes, and programs. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, HR records, and HRIS updates. Maintain attendance, leave, employee data, and payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely record management. Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support operational and compliance requirements. Liaise with IT to ensure system access and set up is facilitated on time. Own employee engagement initiatives and coordinate wellness programs, culture-building activities, employee celebrations, and recognition programs to enhance the overall employee experience. Support employee relations matters and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee-focused programs. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities and maintain cross-functional knowledge to provide backup support when required Serve as the primary point of contact for the office premises, attending the office three days a week and ensuring timely routing of communications to relevant stakeholders. Skills and competencies Excellent communicator Builds positive relationships High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Customer-service orientation with flexibility to work in a hybrid model. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent time management Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of HR support, HR operations, or administrative experience. What happens next?
