The Role We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused HR Business Partner who brings strategy to life through effective execution. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders—bringing insight, energy, and pragmatism to every conversation. You’ll partner closely with the business to shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth, while championing a high-performing, inclusive culture. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Chief People Officer, where the successful candidate will play a critical part in driving the organisation’s growth agenda and enabling business success through people. Key Accountabilities Strategic Partnership Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals and priorities Provide coaching on leadership, team effectiveness, and organisational design Act as a trusted advisor on complex people matters and decision-making Organisational Effectiveness Support workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning Drive organisational design and change initiatives to improve performance and agility Diagnose team and organisational challenges, recommending practical solutions Talent & Performance Lead or support performance management cycles, ensuring consistency and quality Partner on talent development and retention strategies Support capability building initiatives aligned to business needs Employee Relations & Engagement Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Promote a positive employee experience and inclusive, values-led culture Analyse engagement data and drive targeted action plans Change & Transformation Support the delivery of transformation programmes and business change initiatives Act as a change agent, helping leaders and teams navigate ambiguity and transition Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment during change HR Policy & Data Excellence Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with best practice Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a similar strategic HR role (minimum 5 years) Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing cross functional stakeholders Solid understanding of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practice Experience leading or supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High levels of resilience, adaptability, and personal credibility Education & Professional Requirements: Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field CIPD qualification is desirable Reward & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Bonus Scheme Pension and other benefits
