About the Role This is an opportunity to join our HR team as an HR Business Partner at our EMEA headquarters in Uithoorn and make a meaningful impact by supporting colleagues and local operations. Join us and let’s do great things together! What will you do? You will act as a hands-on HR Business Partner, supporting both office-based teams and operational functions such as Supply Chain and Laboratory. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees Managing employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and disciplinary cases Supporting recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and external partners Acting as a key point of contact for a diverse workforce across different employee groups Advising managers on Dutch labour law and internal HR policies Collaborating with the Works Council Reviewing and updating HR documentation, including the employee handbook Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance structure in documentation and practices Contributing to a positive employee experience by being a visible and approachable HR partner What are we looking for? Approximately 5–7 years of experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role Strong, practical knowledge of Dutch labour law Experience working with a Works Council Prior experience in recruitment is highly desirable, including partnering with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes Experience supporting operational or manufacturing environments is an advantage A hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to manage operational HR topics independently Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner Language skills: Dutch and English (professional proficiency) Ability to work onsite regularly in Uithoorn.
