We're hiring an HR Business Partner in London to help scale Cohere through an exciting phase of growth. You'll partner with our Modelling organization , supporting teams across Research and Engineering. Working alongside a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll help leaders build high-performing teams while gaining exposure to some of the most interesting organizational challenges in one of the world's leading AI companies. This isn't a traditional "policy and process" HRBP role. At Cohere, HRBPs are trusted partners who help shape how teams scale, managers grow, and organizations perform. You'll contribute across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance, talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational health in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can regularly work from our London office alongside the leaders and teams they'll support.
