Posted Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 5:00 AM At MoneyGram, we're combining the strength of a trusted global brand with the agility of a tech-forward, growth driven culture. With 85+ years of experience and a presence in more than 200 countries and territories, we've built a foundation of stability and trust to help millions of people around the world send funds quickly, securely, and affordably. We're looking for bold thinkers, builders, technologists, and sellers who want real ownership of their work, thrive in collaborative environments, and are energized by solving complex challenges. Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact - fast. If you're eager to shape the future of cross-border payments and financial services, join us as we transform how the world moves money. Are you an HR professional who enjoys being both a trusted advisor and the person who makes things happen? As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders and employees across an assigned business group and/or region to solve problems, strengthen teams, and create a positive employee experience. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic partnership with the day-to-day realities of HR. One day you may be coaching a leader through a challenging employee situation, and the next you may be coordinating an employee change, supporting a reorganization, or managing a U.S. immigration case. You’ll have the opportunity to influence business decisions while ensuring the details are handled accurately, thoughtfully, and on time. What You’ll Do: Be a trusted HR partner. Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, understand their business priorities, and provide practical HR guidance that helps teams perform at their best. Support the complete employee journey. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, performance management, leaves of absence, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding in partnership with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other teams. Coach leaders and solve problems. Help leaders navigate employee relations concerns, performance challenges, workplace investigations, and difficult conversations with sound judgment and minimal escalation. Turn talent needs into action. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational design, and employee engagement. Manage U.S. immigration activities. Coordinate employment-based immigration cases with employees, leaders, internal partners, and external counsel while tracking work authorizations, documentation, and critical deadlines. Support jobs, pay, and organizational changes. Develop and review job descriptions, coordinate job evaluations and compensation reviews, and help implement reorganizations, restructures, and other workforce changes. Keep the details moving. Prepare employee documentation, obtain approvals, maintain accurate HR records, monitor deadlines, and help ensure employee transactions are completed correctly and on time. Bring HR programs to life. Support global HR initiatives and adapt programs to meet local business, cultural, and statutory requirements. Spot what’s ahead. Use HR data, business knowledge, and employee insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend practical solutions. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least five years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience. Broad experience across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee separations. Experience supporting U.S. employment-based immigration and working with immigration counsel is strongly preferred. Confidence handling complex employee matters and providing clear, practical guidance to leaders. The ability to move comfortably between strategic conversations and detailed transactional work. Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently assess situations and recommend effective solutions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels, cultures, and regions. Strong organization and attention to detail, especially when managing confidential records, competing deadlines, and multiple priorities. Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with HR information systems (Dayforce is a plus). A collaborative, adaptable approach—and a genuine interest in helping people and the business succeed. The salary/pay rate listed below is a good faith determination that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement based on the company hiring process and budget for this role and may be modified in the future.
