About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work side by side with our distributed teams across several countries. You'll be the person leaders turn to when people questions get complicated — and the one who makes sure our HR policies and programs actually work the same way everywhere.
It's a role with real influence: you'll advise leadership, help teams work better together, and turn business goals into HR plans that people understand and use.
📍 Location: Fully remote with occasional business trips (ideally someone in a CET/EET time zone)
💼 Reports to: CHRO
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to HR partner and coach for your business units — helping leaders with team structure, talent planning, and change
- Help managers give better feedback, build development plans, and run the performance review cycle from start to finish
- Own our HR policies end to end: review them, write them clearly, and roll them out so they're legally sound and applied the same way in every country we work in
- Make our core HR processes simpler and more scalable — performance cycles, L&D, data management. Where you spot a bottleneck, you fix it
- Launch new initiatives that matter to people: engagement surveys, wellness programs, remote work guidelines, and whatever else the organization needs next
- Handle employee relations issues with care — running fair, objective investigations and applying policies consistently across remote and multi-site teams
- Look after the full employee journey, so onboarding, offboarding, and joining the culture feel smooth for everyone, wherever they work
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 as an HR Business Partner or Head of HR supporting international or fully remote teams
- Real experience with complex employee relations, performance management, and coaching senior leaders
- Comfort working across different labor laws and knowing what good practice looks like in an international, remote setting
- A clear communicator who builds trust easily — with senior leaders and with a diverse, remote workforce
- Confidence with HRIS data and people analytics, and the ability to turn numbers into recommendations
- Fluent English, native Ukrainian/Russian
💡 Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming or another highly regulated industry, so compliance challenges feel familiar
