Job Overview We're growing our Tribe CRM business unit in Utrecht and looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike. You'll be the main point of contact for HR matters for the business unit, from day-to-day HR administration and payroll oversight to guiding the organisation through transformation. Most of the team is based on site in Utrecht, with some international employees also in scope, so you'll need to be as comfortable with Dutch employment practices as with supporting colleagues elsewhere in Europe. What's in it for you? ✓ Real influence over people strategy for a fast-growing, scaling business unit ✓ Full ownership of the Dutch HR scope, in direct partnership with Business Unit leadership, Talent Acquisition, and central HR/People teams ✓ European exposure: international employees in your remit and group-level people projects across efficy Group ✓ People experience programme & continuous learning Key responsibilities Employee Relations & Consultation: act as the main point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations issues, for both local and international team members Payroll & HR Administration: oversee payroll processing and day-to-day HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of employee queries Change Management: support and guide employees through the company's transformation processes, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive workplace culture Talent Development: partner with leaders to identify training and development needs, facilitating programmes that enhance employee skills and support career progression Performance Management: oversee the performance review process, ensuring it is aligned with efficy Group's goals and encourages continuous improvement Recruitment & Onboarding: collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires HR Analytics & Reporting: monitor HR metrics and provide insights to the leadership team, helping to inform decisions that drive business success 💻 Quick stack overview: Personio, Microsoft suite, SharePoint, Claude... 🧩 Close collaboration with efficy Group's CHRO and Tribe CRM's General Manager, external firms, local teams and the Group HR team. Who you are Experience: you've owned a similar HRBP scope, with 5+ years of generalist HR experience overall, ideally in a SaaS or tech company in transformation Hands-on profile: comfortable rolling up your sleeves on payroll and HR administration as well as strategic partnering; this role is as much about getting the details right as it is about influencing leadership Skills: strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR practices; exposure to supporting employees across multiple European countries is a plus Language proficiency: full professional fluency in English and Dutch Problem-solving: a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex HR issues Adaptability: comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is constant Collaboration: excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation You want to be in the Utrecht office most of the week, close to the people you support. ✦ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
