Role Overview

An experienced HR Business partner required to work with the business to develop and support programmes such as work placements, internships and sponsored courses/students

Key Responsibilities

• Passionate about Early Careers and the graduate/undergraduate sector ideally having experienced 2 plus years of graduate recruitment, training and development.;
• Experience in designing and delivering undergraduate recruitment, training and development programmes such as work placements, internships and sponsored courses/students;
• Experienced in designing and delivering interventions and programmes in graduate training and development
