ServiceNow is seeking a **Senior HR Business Partner** to support operations across the **Netherlands and Belgium**. As an individual contributor, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning people strategies with broader business objectives across GTM Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Functions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary HRBP for VPs and below across the Netherlands and Belgium.
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior business leaders.
* Drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
* Advise leaders on complex employee relations, engagement, and culture matters.
* Ensure compliance with Dutch and Belgian labor laws.
* Collaborate with Employee Relations teams on Works Council matters.
* Support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development with Centers of Excellence (COEs).
* Partner with leaders on restructures, integrations, and organizational transitions.
* Use people analytics and workforce data to support business decision-making.
* Provide guidance on employment legislation, labor relations, Occupational Health (Arbo), and HR best practices.
* Optimize the occupational health setup and improve the effectiveness and compliance of the Arbo framework across both countries.
## Required Qualifications
* **12+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience**, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
* Experience supporting senior leaders, including Senior Director level and below.
* Experience providing direct client support and management coaching.
* Strong experience in employee relations and change management.
* Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices in the Netherlands and Belgium.
* Experience with HRIS systems such as **Workday** and HR analytics tools.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions.
* Fluent English.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with **Works Councils**.
* Experience supporting **Go-To-Market commercial sales teams**.
* Additional language proficiency beyond English.
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in other countries.
* Experience with team development/management.
* Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or analytics.
