Fever-Tree is hiring for an HR Coordinator to join the Group HR function. About Us: We start with the idea that, if ¾ of your drink is the mixer, then you should use the best . As part of this evolution, we have launched a new global strategy to strengthen perceptions of the brand as both a soft drink and a mixer, supported by our latest campaign: ‘Straight up or mixed, it’s a matter of taste.’ Role Overview: This role plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality people experience across Fever‑Tree. You will provide end‑to‑end coordination and administration across the entire HR lifecycle, working to ensure our people processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be people-centric and comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority. This is a varied and hands‑on role, offering exposure to recruitment, L&D, HR systems, policies, and DEI amongst other areas. It is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early‑career professional looking to build a strong HR generalist foundation in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, with the support to learn, develop and grow a long‑term career in HR. A CIPD qualification will be offered with this role, to aid development. The role requires three days per week in our London (Hammersmith) office. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Group Head of HR, support the People and Establishment team with administration and coordination across the entire HR lifecycle: Recruitment : Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment activity. Create and manage job adverts, collate job descriptions, interview bookings, candidate feedback, and assist managers with hiring administration. Help deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Learning & Development: Manage Fever-Tree’s learning management system, maintain learning modules, create internal content and assist in annual planning. Coordinate live trainings with our external training partners and maintain our training calendar. Joiners, Movers & Leavers : Coordinate contracts, onboarding, offboarding and employee changes. Partner with the IT and Finance team to ensure a smooth employee experience. Partner with our bar business, supporting the General Managers at each site. DEI, Charities, Office & ESG: Maintain Fever-Tree’s DEI calendar, coordinate and run events. Partner with Fever-Tree’s local charities and support progress within our wider ESG efforts. Helping the office team as needed, including office event planning HR Systems : Act as the first point of contact for maintaining and optimising our HR Information System (HRIS). Ensure employee data is accurate, up to date and maintained with a high level of attention to detail. Support process improvements, workflow enhancements and opportunities to automate administrative tasks. Communication & Policies Take ownership of the intranet, working with our communications team to ensure internal posts are maintained and relevant Maintain and update the staff handbooks, key policies and communicate changes with employees. Requirements: Graduated with a 2:1 or above, with clear evidence of achievement in past work or academic experience Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately A high level of verbal and written communication skills IT literacy (ability to learn new systems quickly) Approachable, professional and ‘can-do’ attitude when assisting managers and employees Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment where demands change quickly Willingness to learn, take feedback and develop a career in HR Why Fever-Tree?
