The Role
We're seeking an HR Coordinator. This role is designed for someone with hands-on HR and recruiting exposure who is meticulous with employee and candidate data and comfortable working alongside AI tools.
You'll play a key role in supporting the People Team across recruiting, new hire onboarding, HR operations, and culture activities, serving as one of the first live introductions new hires have to the company.
Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Time zone: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
Contract: Full Time

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or any related studies.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience with direct exposure to recruiting; experience scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple calendars and time zones; experience maintaining records or trackers where accuracy matters; experience working with multiple computer programs and systems, including an ATS; experience in onboarding, new hire orientation, or employee engagement a plus; background in the financial sector a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal English, comfortable hosting live calls with candidates and new hires; tech-savvy and eager to learn new software; experience with Workable, Zoom, Outlook, or TalentLMS a plus; experience using AI tools in a recruiting or HR workflow a plus.
- Characteristics: Meticulous attention to detail with employee and candidate data; proactive problem solver who flags issues before being asked; sound judgment and comfort giving feedback, including to people more senior; comfortable working alongside AI tools.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), posting and reposting jobs and responding to candidate inquiries, while keeping the recruitment tracker current and flagging stalled candidates.
- Host live phone screens and recruiting conversations, schedule and communicate interviews for open requisitions, and support active sourcing.
- Prepare and file new hire paperwork, complete background checks, support I-9 compliance, and enter new hires into payroll and other relevant systems.
- Host onboarding meetings, coordinate new hire SWAG and first week logistics, review onboarding survey results, and hold scheduled check-ins with new hires.
- Provide learning management system administration, own personnel recordkeeping, coordinate culture and People Team events, and lead bi-weekly department meetings.
