Now, to strengthen our team to the earliest possible starting date, we are looking for a HR Coordinator (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: You play a key role in supporting our internationally operating HR team by taking ownership of a variety of operational tasks across key HR areas (e.g., Recruiting, Learning and Development, Administration, and projects) This includes coordinating processes and schedules within an international HR environment, as well as supporting the rollout of global HR initiatives and programs You also prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of quality In addition, you provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including data management, contract administration in close collaboration with local HR managers, as well as the creation and translation of documents Beyond this, you contribute to a variety of additional topics, such as organizing trainings, workshops, and HR events Your profile: After successfully completing your commercial apprenticeship or university degree with a focus on Human Resources, you gained initial experience in Human Resources You are known for your structured, precise, and independent way of working Furthermore, you possess a strong service mindset and enjoy collaborating in an international environment Additionally, your strong organizational skills, team spirit, initiative, and flexibility set you apart You are confident in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint) Ideally, you would like to work 20–25 hours per week and are available for at least one afternoon Your very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, convince us Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
