Supports collegiate and career fair recruitment efforts including internship programs, planning and logistics coordination, and representing RSUI at external recruitment events. Assists with logistics coordination for internal activities, trainings and meetings. Provides administrative support as needed related to office services, scheduling, placing orders, creating surveys and presentations, meeting agendas, reporting, etc. Cross-training and back-up support for functions like HR systems and communications, learning and development, RSUI’s matching gift and community support program (RSUI Cares), and Corporate Events. Directs employees appropriately regarding their questions about Human Resources issues, policies and/or procedures. May perform other related tasks as assigned, depending on business need. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related business field strongly preferred. 2-4+ years of previous HR experience required, ideally focused in talent acquisition, HR administrative support, or employee development, preferably in a professional services setting. Foundational understanding of HR issues, legal considerations, etc., required. Willingness to ask questions, build on concepts, and tackle any task – large or small – with enthusiasm. Familiarity with HR systems a plus, UKG in particular. Demonstrated ability to be discrete and handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately. Detail-oriented, efficient and organized with strong interpersonal skills. Must possess a positive demeanor, professionalism and the ability to work independently. Customer service excellence is mandatory; able to effectively support employees at all levels with diverse backgrounds. Works effectively in a fast-paced environment so that multiple deadlines are met successfully. Strong analytical skills with good judgment and problem-solving abilities are critical. Must have the ability to build rapport, inspire confidence, establish trust and credibility, and be a part of a team. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are a must. Must be flexible and adaptable enough to respond to changing or competing priorities. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
