Are you a Workday expert ready to shape the future of HR technology?

We’re looking for an experienced HR Digital Roadmap Programme Lead to take ownership of a strategic HR digital roadmap, driving Workday HCM optimisation, new capabilities and wider HR technology transformation.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines deep Workday functional expertise with the leadership skills to challenge solution design, manage delivery partners and turn strategic priorities into measurable business improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the HR Digital Roadmap and prioritising a portfolio of Workday initiatives.
• Driving Workday HCM optimisation and new capability delivery.
• Challenging solution designs and holding implementation partners and suppliers accountable.
• Managing programme governance, dependencies, risks, resources and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Improving HR processes, automation, data quality and employee and manager experience.
• Ensuring successful implementation, adoption and measurable business benefits.

What we’re looking for

Strong Workday HCM and Core HCM expertise, with broad knowledge across modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking and Reporting.

Proven experience delivering multi-year Workday or HR technology roadmaps.

The functional credibility to challenge Workday solution decisions independently.

Strong programme leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.

Experience managing systems integrators, AMS providers and specialist suppliers.

Who would be a great fit?

Workday Solution Leads, Functional Leads, Solution Architects, HRIS/HR Technology Leads and senior Workday consultants who have progressed into client-side roadmap leadership. Experience in Workday optimisation and post-implementation transformation is particularly attractive.

This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond programme management and confidently challenge a Workday partner on solution design, functional implications and delivery outcomes.
