Role Description The HR Executive (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations for client organizations. This includes maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, managing HR documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The HR Executive will handle employee queries, assist with performance management processes, and support employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves contributing to HR policy implementation, assisting with compliance-related activities, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to improve HR processes. As a remote position, the HR Executive is expected to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and communicate clearly in virtual environments.
Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support diverse HR functions.
• Experience in HR Operations, including record-keeping, documentation, and process coordination.
• Ability to manage Employee Relations, addressing concerns professionally and supporting a positive work environment.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with a focus on consistent and fair application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration with teams and clients.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with HRIS or HR software and common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, online collaboration platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
