This is a part-time contract position with an hourly rate $40-$42 per hour. Requirements Employee Support & HR Operations Employee Support & HR Operations Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely, accurate, and supportive HR guidance. Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal employee changes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Recruiting & Talent Support Support recruiting efforts through job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation. Partner with hiring managers to help create a positive and organized candidate experience. Provide backup support for the international contractor lifecycle process. Training & Development Support compliance, systems, and policy training initiatives across the organization. Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and internal knowledge documentation. Projects & Process Improvement Assist in improving HR processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to create more efficient and scalable operations. Contribute to HR initiatives and projects that support employee engagement, operational effectiveness, and a positive company culture. What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations 3+ years supporting full cycle recruitment Experience supporting benefits administration and leave of absence processes Hands-on HRIS experience required, Paylocity preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Process-improvement mindset with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint Positive, collaborative, and people-focused approach #ZR Salary Description $40-$42/hourly
