HR generalist

Role Description:

Due to the Company’s active growth, we are opening this vacancy. The HR Manager / Recruitment Manager will be responsible for attracting candidates, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, supporting onboarding and training, and maintaining recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• RUSSIAN C1 & ENGLISH B2 level or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and staff training.
• Higher education.
• Experience managing several vacancies at the same time, incl. mass recruitment.
• Proficient PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and proactivity.
• Strong written and verbal literacy.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work with people.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and publish job vacancy announcements and job descriptions.
• Search for candidates independently on job platforms and social networks.
• Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls from candidates.
• Screen applications and candidate profiles.
• Conduct interviews and candidate selection stages.
• Build and maintain a candidate database / talent pool.
• Maintain recruitment reports.
• Set tasks for the recruiter and monitor his work.
• Support onboarding and adaptation of new office employees.
• Conduct assessment / certification of office employees.
• Conduct training sessions for office staff.
• Support and implement corporate culture.
• Organise internal team events and employee congratulations.

What We Offer:

• 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Moscow time.
• We never delay payments; payments are transferred twice a month, strictly on the 15th and 25th.
