HR Generalist

In this role, you will combine closing complex technical and product vacancies with helping to establish systematic HR processes. From conducting 1-on-1s and creating individual development plans to facilitating Performance Review cycles and working with key HR analytics.

What you will be doing:

• Independent sourcing and hiring of Middle/Senior IT specialists (Dev, QA, Product, Marketing). From defining the position profile to onboarding candidates

• Using advanced sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for Culture Fit

• Collecting, analyzing, and optimizing key hiring metrics

• Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees

• Creating and maintaining individual employee development plans

• Assisting in the development and systematization of job profiles, job descriptions, and competency matrices

• Active participation in organizing and conducting performance review cycles

• Tracking and analyzing internal metrics

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / Lead Recruiter at IT companies or product startups

• Proven track record of successfully closing complex technical and product roles in Latvia

• Ability to work with data, analyze funnels, and make decisions based on metrics

• Nice to have: experience in IT / digital / startup environments
