  • Support community outreach and employee involvement initiatives (employee events, initiatives, giving back to the community, etc).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement people programs that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives from a people perspective.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within HR practices and support implementation efforts as needed.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying future development opportunities.
  • Participate in the optimization and ongoing enhancement of HRIS systems, processes, and integrations.
  • Utilize HR analytics dashboards to support people-related decision-making.
  • Leverage HRIS data to identify trends and support solutions related to retention, workforce planning, and more.
  • Support the administration of benefit programs, including annual enrollment, life events, and employee self-service.

    YOU’LL BRING:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
    • Experience supporting people initiatives with the ability to balance strategic thinking, project work, and day-to-day HR execution.
    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and comfort working with HR data, reporting, and system-driven processes.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
    • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, applied effectively in a business environment.

      WHERE YOU’LL WORK:
