(FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform. We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey. How your day at work would look like Help with recruitment initiatives and understanding hiring manager needs, objectives and goals through candidate screening and phone interviews Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, gathering interview feedback from both the candidate and the hiring manager Assist with the day to day operations of our internal human resources department Create and modify job descriptions Draft, review and coordinate employment contracts Support strategic HR initiatives with the HR team Drive employee engagement and HR marketing Support the operational functionality of FISPAN’s HR processes and policies Be a key stakeholder and team member that plays a critical role in FISPAN culture We are a startup, there are going to be a million other things that need to get done Becoming involved in HR initiatives and programs including the mentorship program * This is an idea but not a guarantee on what you will be doing as projects can change very quickly. What you need You are currently enrolled in post-secondary HR Program Passionate about (enterprise) technology, Human Resources, and how the function supports Experience using the different Google Forums, such as Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets Strong research skills Problem solver and critical thinker You pride yourself on putting people first and always leaving people and places better than you found them Excellent communication skills Willing to do an 4- month co-op, with a possibility of an extension of 8 months Looking for January start date *This is a hybrid position with a requirement for 3 days in the office. Compensation Package FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $3000-$4000 monthly; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.
