Role Description The HR Generalist Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR data management, and HR process coordination in a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include supporting HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, assisting with performance management processes, and helping maintain compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. The role will also involve supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and facilitating induction programs. The HR Generalist Executive will work closely with leadership and team members to foster positive employee relations, support engagement initiatives, and contribute to a consistent and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to apply HR best practices in daily operations.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and process implementation.
Proven skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee queries, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Experience with HRIS or HR management tools, basic data analysis capabilities, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with diverse teams across geographies; prior experience in an education, training, or technology environment is beneficial.
