The company works with informal waste collectors to formalize recycling systems, ensure fair wages, and create measurable social and environmental impact. Job Description This is a remote position. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Assistance with Recruitment ● Assistance with Training Management ● Assistance with launching HR Policies ● Onboarding and Induction for new joinees ● Employee Engagement Requirements Experience, Qualifications & Skills : Fresher/ Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for BBA/ MBA Should be willing to work for 5-6 hours in a day, Monday to Saturday. Fluent in English Good interpersonal skills and ability to work. Good at documentation and reporting skills. Good computer skills – MS Office and Working on CRM tools. Proactive and self-motivated. Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
