Job Role: We are looking for a Senior HR Associate to join our organization. This role requires you to be responsible for the growth of the company and other HR processes. Project Role: Senior HR Associate Work Experience: 4-5 years Work location: Remote Must have skills: Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Information Software Roles and Responsibilities Create and design job description for various profiles. Source potential candidates from various channels available online. Screen resumes and shortlisting them according to the profile. Interview candidates through phone calls or video. Prepare logical reasoning and language tests for the preliminary rounds. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire. Be a consultant for the new employees on board. Conduct joining formalities. Conduct exit formalities. Be responsible for day -to-day HR operations.
