The successful candidate will assist in various HR tasks, contributing to the effective delivery of HR processes and employee-related initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and procedures. Responsibilities and duties: Support employee data maintenance and HR administrative processes in internal platforms, ensuring information is updated accurately and in line with approved requests and company procedures. Create HR tickets related to lifecycle events, such as transfers, leave requests, and separations. Perform pre-payroll validation checks for: salary changes, bonuses, employee data accuracy, Participate in employee meetings and provide administrative support for HR initiatives. Organize employee events in the base Assist with data management, reporting, and other HR administrative tasks. Contribute to a positive employee experience through timely and accurate support. Essential Requirements: Graduated a Bachelor’s or currently pursuing Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Has a good level of English, both written and spoken. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
