About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in Finland. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in HR administration and local recruitment within an international and multicultural environment. The internship will be offered on a paid hourly basis , with working hours agreed based on business needs and the candidate’s availability. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR administration and employee-related activities. Assist with local recruitment, including candidate sourcing and screening. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain HR documentation and employee records. Assist with HR systems and data updates. Support the HR team with various projects and administrative tasks. Handle communication with candidates and employees professionally. Requirements Fluent Finnish and Chinese are mandatory. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Interest in HR, recruitment, and people-related activities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Comfortable working in an international environment.
