HR Internship Join The Family Working within the Human Resources team, this role is responsible for supporting the execution of the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL Human Resources strategy and operational plan. The HR Trainee will assist with daily HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR administration activities across the region. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, department managers, and external partners to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience. The HR Trainee will gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities while contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting the HR team's operational excellence. The successful candidate will support the Human Resources department in daily operational and administrative activities while gaining practical experience across the employee lifecycle. The role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience. Additionally, the HR Trainee will contribute to HR projects and maintain accurate employee data in line with company policies and procedures. This role reports to the Head of HR Europe Main Tasks & Duties Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support the preparation of HR documents, contracts, certificates, and employee communications. Assist in organizing training sessions, employee events, and engagement initiatives. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and presentations. Support payroll administration by collecting and validating employee information. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with different departments on HR-related activities and projects. Assist in implementing HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information and documentation. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field. Experience Previous internship, academic project, or administrative experience in Human Resources is a plus. Exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, or HR administration activities is advantageous. Experience in an international or multicultural environment is considered a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills and willingness to learn. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong team-player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HR systems is an advantage. Interest in the luxury, beauty, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods industry. Languages Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish is highly desirable. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
