Across Central Europe, we combine local expertise with global reach to deliver projects that create a positive and lasting impact for our clients, communities, and the environment.

We are currently expanding our People Team and are looking to appoint an experienced HR Labour Specialist in Madrid, Santander or Valladolid to support our growing organisation and help shape the future of employment practices across our business.

What You'll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Provide internal employment law advice to HR Business Partners, managers and the business on the interpretation and application of employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies and terms and conditions of employment.

· Provide advice and manage individual and collective employment matters, including recruitment and employment, changes to terms and conditions, mobility, disciplinary matters, terminations, dismissals, reorganisations and restructurings.

· Prepare and review employment contracts, addenda, contractual amendments, agreements and employee communications, ensuring compliance with the applicable legal framework and corporate policies. Coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance and external advisors on employment-related matters.

· Advise on and manage the recruitment and employment of international professionals in Spain, assessing the employment and legal requirements applicable to each case.

· Coordinate international recruitment processes requiring residence and work authorisations, visas or other immigration requirements, working with specialised external providers where appropriate.
