■レポートライン／チーム構成について

General Manager直属。HR Operationsから戦略人事までを担当する3名のHRメンバーをマネジメント。HR機能のさらなる強化・発展をリードしながら、マネジメントスキルを磨けるポジションです。

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and senior leadership to shape and drive HR strategy for the Japan business
• Translate global HR priorities into locally relevant initiatives that align with business objectives on the ground
• Lead and develop the Japan HR team to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR services across the organization
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends, set priorities, and design practical solutions that move the business forward
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across the business on all people-related matters
• Champion a People First culture — building an environment where accountability, safety, quality, customer focus, and open communication are lived values, not just words on a wall
• Own the full talent acquisition function, working closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and secure the right people at the right time
• Ensure smooth and consistent delivery of all cyclical HR processes — performance cycles, compensation reviews, workforce planning, and more
• Maintain full compliance with Japanese labor law, company policy, and regulatory requirements while proactively managing employee relations with good judgment and care

Qualifications

Required:

• 10 years of relevant HR experience
• Ability to link HR to business projects and priorities
• University degree or higher
• Good knowledge of Japan labor law
• Being flexible to work both operational and strategic HR
• Native Japanese and Business English
• Excellent communication skills
• HR BP experience is preferred
• A mix of Operational and Strategic HR experience is highly preferred

💰Salary

Company will consider candidates up to 18M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
