The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned HR processes and programs and plays a key role in process standardization, knowledge management, operational governance, and continuous improvement. This role identifies, implements, and sustains process improvements that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
The Analyst also provides informal leadership within the HR Operations team, supporting capability development, operational consistency, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day coordination of work across team members and stakeholders.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR operational processes, programs, and services.
- Coordinate complex and cross-functional operational requests requiring collaboration across multiple stakeholders, teams, and support functions.
- Clarify process requirements, identify dependencies, approvals, risks, and escalation paths required to support successful execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between employees, managers, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to support end-to-end process completion.
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational documentation, including process maps, SOPs, work instructions, job aids, decision trees, templates, and knowledge resources.
- Lead knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness activities associated with process transitions, service migrations, organizational changes, and team capability development.
- Identify, recommend, implement, and sustain process improvements that enhance service delivery, efficiency, compliance, scalability, and employee experience.
- Lead small and medium-sized operational projects and support implementation of new processes, technologies, programs, governance frameworks, and operational initiatives.
- Serve as the primary operational resource and first point of escalation for HR Operations team members by providing day-to-day guidance, supporting complex issue resolution, facilitating knowledge transfer, promoting consistent execution of processes and standards, and helping develop team capability and readiness.

- Experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) and case management tools preferred.
Degree or Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Administration, Process Improvement, Service Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar business functions.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, functions, or operational teams.
- Experience supporting complex operational processes, organizational initiatives, service transitions, or service delivery improvements.
- Experience developing or maintaining process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, job aids, process maps, or knowledge resources.
- Experience leading or facilitating process improvement, standardization, operational excellence, governance, knowledge transfer, or change initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while driving work to completion.
- Experience analyzing operational trends and identifying opportunities for process optimization preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion.
Language Requirement
Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. This role regularly supports US-based employees, managers, and HR stakeholders and requires the ability to communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally in English.
