Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven LATAM HR Operations Analyst to support Recruitment and Onboarding operations across Latin America.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee records in the HR information system, supporting new hires, and processing internal employee movements such as promotions, lateral moves, demotions, and other job changes.

You will also manage employee digital files, social security affiliations, employment contracts, and hiring documentation, ensuring that all activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor regulations and internal company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, assign, classify, update, and process HR cases, including complex and country-specific requests.
  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, promotions, lateral moves, demotions, and other job changes.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters, labor contracts, and hiring packages.
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements, including social security affiliations and registrations with local labor authorities.
  • Maintain employee information and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Proactively monitor case queues and take the necessary actions to support quality and timely resolution.
  • Deliver services in accordance with established service-level agreements and performance metrics.
  • Identify operational challenges and process improvement opportunities, escalating them to the supervisor or manager when appropriate.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management resources, including procedures, guidelines, and supporting documentation.
  • Promote the effective use of HR self-service tools, systems, and services.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and align with operational priorities and task assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations across Latin America.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • One to two years of related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform administrative and operational activities accurately.
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
  • Ability to collect and assess information to understand client needs and determine appropriate actions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a concise and professional manner.
  • Sound judgment and a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity applications and the ability to learn new HR and customer service systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, and team-based environment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to receive feedback, learn from mistakes, and share knowledge with others
