We're looking for a proactive, brilliantly organised HR Operations Specialist to be the operational engine behind a first-class employee experience across our global team. You'll own the day-to-day that keeps HR running smoothly and you'll have real room to shape how we do it.

What you'll be doing 🛠️

• 🌍 Running day-to-day international HR operations and keeping our people data spotless in HiBob
• 🤝 Acting as primary admin for our Oyster Employer of Record (EOR) platform, across the full employee lifecycle
• 📄 Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and employment documentation across multiple countries
• 💸 Coordinating monthly payroll inputs and reconciling contractor invoices
• 🎯 Keeping recruitment moving — scheduling, candidate experience and onboarding admin
• 🤖 Being our HiBob super-user and putting AI tools to work to make everything smarter and faster

What you'll bring 🎒

• ✅ 3+ years in an HR Operations, HR Generalist or HR Analyst role
• 🗣️ Strong written and spoken English as you'll support across the UK, EU, US and Brazil
• 💻 Confidence with an HRIS (HiBob a big plus) and a real knack for picking up new tech fast
• 🔍 A love of tidy processes, sharp attention to detail, and the independence to own your work remotely
• ⭐ Bonus points for EOR platforms, multi-country HR, payroll coordination or SaaS scale-up experience
