Hr Operations Specialist

Overview We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support HR operations across the APAC region and partner with global People teams. This role will help drive process improvements, systems implementations, employee support, and cross-functional HR initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support People Operations projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and operational enhancements. Develop, document, and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, compliance, and employee experience. Assist with HR system implementations, testing, data validation, UAT, rollout activities, and ongoing support. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage project deliverables, and help resolve issues and risks. Serve as a key contact for employee inquiries and support HR-related requests through established service channels. Partner with Payroll, Benefits, People Systems, and other teams to resolve employee issues and improve HR processes. Support change management initiatives and communications related to new programs, policies, and systems. Provide guidance on regional HR practices and ensure processes align with local requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related field. Business-level fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) . Experience supporting HR operations within the APAC region. Proven experience creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP, and project management tools such as JIRA. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global teams. Flexibility to support occasional meetings across APAC business hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
