Title: HR Operations Specialist – Onboarding, US Compliance & Global Mobility

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Monday–Wednesday)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Potential Extension / FTE Conversion)

Pay Rate: $33.73/hr on W2 All Inclusive

Openings: 1

Time Zone: EST

MUST-HAVE / NON-NEGOTIABLE

Strong I-9 subject matter expertise

Hands-on US employee onboarding experience

Experience handling US employment compliance/onboarding processes

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support onboarding, US compliance, and global mobility-related HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with I-9 and onboarding processes and be comfortable working in a fast-paced HR operations environment.

Additional Skills

• Workday experience – preferred, but can be learned on the job

• ServiceNow experience – preferred, but can be learned on the job

• HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience

• US employment compliance knowledge

• Global Mobility exposure is a plus

Work Schedule - Hybrid

Monday–Wednesday onsite in West Palm Beach, FL

Thursday & Friday remote

Laptop: Mac preferred; client-provided
