As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team and help scale a high-performing, product-driven fintech organization. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for teams and managers, driving people initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and performance. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals. Key responsibilities: Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance, and offboarding; Partner with tech & non-tech teams to support their effectiveness and growth; Run regular 1:1s, identify risks early, and support employee development; Drive performance review cycles and ensure transparent, consistent processes; Support and improve HR policies and people practices aligned with business needs; Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision-making; Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture; Support engagement initiatives, benefits, and employer branding. Requirements & Skills: 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in IT product or fintech companies; Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and performance management; Confidence working with managers and influencing decision-making; Clear communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment; Intermediate+ English.
