Praktikplatsen

Biogen är ett Biotech företag med ca 8500 anställda. I Sverige är vi en del av en Nordisk och Baltisk organisation, och på kontoret i Sverige sitter ca 20 anställda. 2 av organisationens ledningsgruppsmedlemmar är baserade i Stockholm, varav en är Head of HR, som även har HR ansvar för de små och mellanstora länderna i Europa. Kontoret ligger på Vasagatan i Stockholm.

Arbetsuppgifter

HR administration såsom Kontrakt- och Policy genomgång, HR newsletter (månadsbrev), delta i att jobba med olika Talangutvecklings projekt med bland annat utveckling av ett program för AI certifiering, delta vid olika rekryteringar, jobba med att presentera HR KPI.
