Drive employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and coordinate follow-up actions. Develop and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Coordinate internal and external employer branding activities. Design and deliver employee well-being and leadership development programs. Support performance management and succession planning processes. Prepare HR analytics, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders. Collaborate with Baltic and ERGO Group colleagues to share best practices and implement people initiatives. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in People & Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or a related field. Experience leading and implementing HR or organizational development projects. Hands-on experience in at least some of the following areas: employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, employer branding, well-being, talent management, or DEI. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
